Refund policy

We don't allow for returns or exchanges on our handmade items. If  you receive a faulty or defective item, please email us within five days of delivery at sophie@SophieArabella.com and we will send a replacement.  If you do not report a faulty item within five days of date of delivery, it will not be covered under our warranty as we cannot ensure the item is unused.
